This community service program was motivated by the problems faced by the partner, namely two beginner MSME actors in Bungo Regency who still struggled with recording financial transactions, preparing simple financial statements, and understanding basic accounting accounts required for their business operations. These conditions prevented them from accurately measuring profit and fulfilling financial documentation requirements for funding access. The program aimed to improve the partners’ financial literacy and bookkeeping skills so they could implement systematic and independent financial recording. The methods used included socialization, training, workshops, simulations, and direct mentoring, involving a total of two participants. Evaluation was carried out through pre-tests, post-tests, observation of practice sessions, and satisfaction surveys. The results show a significant improvement in participants’ ability to record transactions and prepare financial statements, increasing from an initial understanding of 35% to 85% after the training, representing a 50% increase in competence. Participants also demonstrated enhanced soft skills, including accuracy, discipline, and confidence in applying bookkeeping practices. This program produced a simple bookkeeping format that can be directly utilized by the partners for daily business management
