Students’ readiness to enter the workforce requires not only academic competence but also soft skills, particularly professional grooming and personal attitude. Students of the FEB Universitas Muara Bungo, as the community service partners, faced limited understanding of professional grooming, personal attitude, and practical preparation for the workplace. This community service program aims to improve students’ soft skills in applying professional grooming and personal attitude to strengthen workforce readiness. The activity involved 30 students and employed socialization, counseling, demonstrations, practical sessions, role-play, and mentoring. Evaluation used pre-tests and post-tests, practical observations, and role-play assessments. The results showed an increase in participants’ average scores from 74.5% in the pre-test to 84.5% in the post-test, an improvement of 10%. Practical assessment results showed 8% proficiency in professional grooming and 12% in personal attitude. These findings indicate that the training improved students’ understanding and practical skills in demonstrating professional appearance and behavior. Further programs are recommended through continuous mentoring, job interview simulations, professional communication, and personal branding to strengthen students’ workforce readiness
